Agripoint Septic Treat is a specially derived bacterial consortium formulated for the biological treatment of septage waste. It consists of naturally selected, beneficial microbial cultures that accelerate the biodegradation of complex organic matter present in septic tank and septage waste.

The microbial consortium produces various enzymes that help break down complex compounds, including fats, oils, proteins, starches and cellulose, into simpler substances. It helps degrade odour-causing organic matter and supports improved biological treatment efficiency.

Agripoint Septic Treat is an FSTP (Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant) culture designed to work under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions, making it suitable for biological treatment processes operating in the presence or absence of oxygen.

Usage and Dosage

Institutional application: The product label specifies 1 kg for a 1,000-litre septic tank, with a daily application of 20 grams after the final toilet flush.

For FSTP and large-scale septage treatment applications, the dosage should be determined according to the plant’s hydraulic capacity, organic loading, treatment process and operating conditions. The septic tank dosage should not automatically be applied to FSTPs without validation.
