About Our Institution

AGRIPOINT School of Waste Management and Agriculture was established with a vision to empower farmers, students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and local communities with the knowledge and practical skills needed to transform biodegradable waste into valuable resources.

We believe that waste is not merely something to be discarded; it is a resource that can create wealth, support agriculture, protect the environment, and generate sustainable livelihood opportunities.

We began our training programmes in *August 2024*, with a commitment to making scientific waste management accessible to everyone. Our institution focuses on practical, hands-on learning that connects scientific knowledge with real-world applications.

What We Do

*1. Training for Farmers*

We train farmers who are interested in converting biodegradable waste into compost and other useful agricultural inputs. Our programmes promote the productive use of organic resources, support sustainable farming practices, and encourage farmers to see waste as a valuable resource.

*2. Training for Students*

We provide educational and practical training for students to develop environmental awareness, understand the science of waste management, and learn how biodegradable waste can be converted into useful products. We aim to inspire the next generation of environmental innovators and responsible citizens.

*3. Training for LSGD and Local Communities*

We provide training and knowledge-sharing programmes for Local Self-Government Department (LSGD) initiatives, focusing on decentralised waste management, waste-to-wealth solutions, inoculum preparation, and practical methods for managing biodegradable waste at the community level.

*4. Inoculum Preparation and Microbial Technology*

We provide training in the preparation and application of microbial inoculums used in biological waste processing and composting. Our objective is to help participants understand the practical principles behind microbial technology and its role in efficient organic waste management.

*5. Entrepreneurship Development*

We train aspiring entrepreneurs who want to establish their own waste-management units. Our programmes introduce participants to waste-processing methods, machinery, operational planning, biological technologies, and opportunities to develop sustainable waste-management businesses.

We aim to turn environmental challenges into entrepreneurial opportunities and help build a new generation of waste-management professionals.

Our Vision

To create a society where every individual understands the value of biodegradable waste and has the knowledge to manage it responsibly, creating opportunities for agriculture, entrepreneurship, and environmental protection.
