MOBESHREDDER is a newly developed, customized mobile shredding unit designed to improve the productivity and cost-effectiveness of organic waste processing. Specially designed to handle challenging agricultural biomass, including banana stems and coconut husks, MOBESHREDDER offers a practical solution for reducing bulky organic waste into smaller, manageable material for further processing, composting and resource recovery.

Available in models starting from 3 HP with a processing capacity of approximately 200 kg per hour, MOBESHREDDER can be customized to meet a wide range of capacity requirements based on customer needs and the nature of the material being processed.

Built with a focus on maximum productivity, low operating cost and minimum maintenance, the unit incorporates durable EN8 steel blades and a dual-shaft shredding mechanism. Depending on the application and capacity requirements, it can be configured with a single-motor or dual-motor drive system.

Its mobile design supports convenient movement and flexible deployment at waste collection points, farms, composting facilities, local-body waste management centres and other organic waste processing locations.
